4 Things to do when your UPLINE goes OFFLINE

Hi, kamusta? Last month na ng 2012. Very busy na lahat ng tao ngayon, sa dami ng mga activities like Christmas Parties and Christmas Shopping. Grabe na rin ang trapik sa EDSA, talagang Christmas is in the air na talaga.

Today, I would like to give you my thoughts and advice sa mga bagong sali sa network marketing business, na hindi na nasusuportahan or natututukan ng upline nila. Na-inspire akong magshare about this, kasi I'm sure na maraming newblood diyan ang nakakaranas ng discouragement because their uplines' absence. Isa rin ako sa naka-experience nito, when I first started MLM, medyo nahirapan ako sa pag-build ng MLM business ko, pero when I did exactly yung mga bagay na isshare ko, nakapag-build ako ng MLM organization kahit papano, without my upline's assistance.

Hi, kamusta? Ambilis talaga ng panahon... Nasa last quarter na tayo ng 2012. Again, I'm very thankful sayo na patuloy na naka-tune in sa blog ko, I hope marami kang natutunan. Basta always feel free to share the ideas you have learned.
For today's post, may ise-share ako sayong video that I watched from youtube kanina lang. It's a short video clip, about handling the very common objection of our prospects na "Is that a pyramiding scheme?" 

I find it very helpful, especially sa mga newbie sa MLM business...so naisip kong i-share sa inyo dito sa blog ko.

Want to be a LEADER? Read this First!

Hello! How are you? I hope you're doing very well. I was so busy last August, kaya ngayon lang ako ulit makakapag-post. For today's lesson, we will talk about LEADERSHIP. Alam naman natin na for you to SUCCEED in Network Marketing, you have to be a LEADER. And you can't build your disributors into leaders, unless you are a LEADER.

Hindi overnight ang pagiging leader. It will take time bago ka mag-level up. So may mga nagtatanong sa akin na "I want to be a LEADER, paano ako magsisimula?"

Hello! Kamusta na? I hope you're doing well. And I hope you're learning a lot in the lessons I posted here. Always feel free to share this blog to your friends, kasi kung nakatulong sayo ang mga nababasa mo dito, I'm sure na makakatulong din ito sa iba.

I believe na narinig mo na sa mga business presentations/MAMs ang mga ganitong istorya:

"Ay grabe guys! Dati lang akong janitor, pero ngayon kumikita na ako ng 50,000 isang linggo (showing his payout check sa mga nakapalibot na guests), at ngayon nagmamaneho na ako ng Brand New Expedition ko!" (sabay turo sa bagong labas na Ford Expedition) "Grabe! Power dito! Chika-chika lang, tapos after a week, CHEKE-CHEKE na!" (continuously waving his payout check)

eto pa...

"Ay, power talaga dito guys! Dati na-kidnap lang din ako parang kayo, pero after 6 months, nakabili nko ng sariling Auto ko! Grabe! Power! Payaman talaga dito guys!" (susundan ng palakpakan ng mga members)

Siguradong uuwi ang mga guests na baliw na baliw.

This is a very common scene, yung Hype recruiting or Baliwan is very common strategy na ginagawa ng mga Uplines at mga Leaders. For today's lesson, iseshare ko lang yung thoughts ko about this unethical practice of some MLMers.

I believe na marami ka ng naatenan na business presentations ng iba-ibang company, whether one-on-one or yung large crowd. Pero did you notice kung ano yung COMMON sa mga business presentations na naatenan mo?

Hello friend, kamusta kana? Ngayon lang ako ulit makakapag-post dito sa blog ko. Siyanga pala, I just came back from a One-Week travel sa Northern Philippines. I went to Pampanga, Tarlac, then 3 days sa Urdaneta, tapos derecho na Laoag, Ilocos Norte. Masaya naman, kasi na-experience kong makarating sa mga ganung lugar, meet new people, and syempre, makatikim na mga specialty na pagkain. Then probably by next week, I will be in Subic, then fly to Cagayan de Oro. Daming sched diba? Ok lang, alam mo kung bakit? First, enjoy naman yung biyahe, Second, I AM PAID TO TRAVEL. 

Now, back to regular programming....

Question: Masyado ka bang busy kaka-hataw to learn sales and marketing techniques? Busy ka rin ba kaka-attend ng mga trainings na walang ibang tinuturo kundi "GRABE! POWER! PAYAMAN TAYO DITO! TULOY-TULOY LANG! THINK POSITIVE! WALANG AAYAW! NO PAIN, NO GAIN! I mentioned in my previous articles na only 3% make big in this business... While the 97% barely make 10K per week, or some even quit in their first month. Why is this? Some trainings fail to teach its members something...

Ilang beses ko na to narinig sa mga partners natin, ung mga nahihirapan na while doing our business, yung mga ilang beses nang na-injan, na-reject, naulanan, nagutom, nawalan ng pamasahe, napalayas sa bahay, kinutya ng mga kaibigan, etc., 

Napakasimple lang ang sagot ko sa kanila...

Ay Grabe! Iba talaga pag first time mong gagawin ang isang bagay, parang ito... This is my first time to create a blog post... Talagang nangangapa pa ako. Pero ok lang, ako kasi yung tipo ng tao na mahilig mag-aral, especially kung alam kong makakatulong ito sakin, and to others as well. Oo, as in wala pa talaga akong background in creating blogs, kaya nga eto, maghapon na akong ngreresearch at inaaral ko talaga yung layout designs, pati yung mga gadgets na magpapaganda ng blog website ko... Pag na-master ko na to, expect na marami akong ipo-post na mga tips at articles based on my personal experiences... So stay tuned...
